Sellmora

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains what the Sellmora app ("Sellmora", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Sellmora is published by its independent developer, Ovemora. For any privacy question write to ovemora.support@gmail.com.

What we collect

How we collect it

We collect information you give us directly in the app, information the app records automatically while you use it (usage events, crash reports, push token), and information eBay sends us when you connect your eBay account.

How we use it

AI processing and your consent

Before Mora looks at your first photo, the app asks for your permission. When you allow it, the photos and notes of the item you are selling are sent to Google through the Gemini API on Google Cloud. Google uses them to identify the item, look up comparable prices on the web and write the listing text, and returns the result to us. We never send your name, email address, phone number or device identifiers to the AI service. Under Google Cloud terms, Google does not use this content to train its models.

You can withdraw this permission at any time in Settings, Send photos to AI. After that, no photo or note is sent to the AI service. You can still view and edit listings you already have.

Who we share it with

Each of these companies processes data on our behalf or as needed to provide the service, under contracts that require them to protect it to the same or an equal standard as this policy. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Where your data is stored

Your account and listings are stored on Google Cloud servers in the United States. Photos are stored by Cloudflare, whose R2 storage may keep them in data centers outside your country. When data moves from the UK, the EU or other countries to the United States, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum, or on another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

We keep your listings, photos and settings until you delete them or delete your account. eBay tokens are kept while your eBay account is connected and deleted when you disconnect it, delete your account, or close your eBay account. Crash reports are kept for 90 days. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Deleting your data

You can delete a single listing in the app. To delete everything, go to Settings, Delete account and data. This deletes your listings, photos, eBay connection, settings and your anonymous account, and asks RevenueCat to delete your subscription record. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, contact ovemora.support@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Our legal bases for processing are your consent (AI processing, notifications), the performance of our contract with you (creating and publishing listings, subscriptions) and our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and improving it (diagnostics and aggregated analytics).

Children

Sellmora is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your listings is limited to your own anonymous account through security rules, photos are only reachable through short lived signed links issued to that account, and eBay tokens can only be read by our backend.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
