How does Mora price my item?

Mora identifies the item from your photos, then looks at similar listings. In eBay countries it reads current eBay listings, elsewhere it searches the web for comparable second-hand prices. You always see the price before anything is listed and you can change it.

Do I need a subscription?

You can create 3 drafts a month for free and see the suggested price. Publishing to eBay, copying listings to other apps and AI Edit need Sellmora Pro.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Sellmora and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

eBay says my seller account is not ready. What now?

eBay needs payment, return and shipping settings on your account before anything can be listed. Open eBay Seller Hub, finish the seller setup and add your business policies, then tap List it again in Sellmora.

How do I delete my data?

In the app go to Settings and tap Delete account and data. This removes your listings, photos and eBay connection. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
